The American Board of Special Care Dentistry (ABSCD), grants the credential of Diplomate in Special Care Dentistry to recognize outstanding individuals in the field of special care dentistry. Any SCDA Fellow who meets the requirements may apply for this exceptional distinction. The application process includes a written and oral exam as well as an initial application fee.
